After renew organizational system of Chinese science academy of Forestry in 1978 , the Institute of Wood Industry established equipment department and automatic department. This field is one of the mostly strength’s professional scientific research organization in the national biology material advance produce technology field. The mechanical and electronic department currently has 15 faculty and staff, with 3 researchers and 3 associate researchers and 6 advanced engineers, 1 assistant experimenter, including 1 doctor mentor, 3 master mentor.
